At StrengthAICharg, we're committed to creating furniture that brings harmony and functionality to your space. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard inventory items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
For custom and made-to-order items, which are crafted specifically to your specifications:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
- Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If you need to cancel a custom order before production has begun, we may be able to refund a portion of your deposit at our discretion.
- Once production has begun on custom items, cancellations are not possible.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +1 (254) 569-1578 within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible.
- Include your RMA number on the outside of the package and on any paperwork inside.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.), we will arrange and pay for return shipping.
For returns due to customer preference or customer error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s):
- Our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size:
- Follow the return process outlined above.
- In your return request, indicate that you would like to exchange the item and specify the desired replacement.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Please note that the availability of exchanges depends on our current inventory. If your preferred replacement is not in stock, we can issue a refund or suggest alternatives.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
- We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Restocking Fees
For standard inventory items returned in their original condition, no restocking fee applies.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to:
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Items that show signs of use or assembly
- Large or bulky items that require special handling
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items that have been altered, assembled, or modified by the customer
- Items with removed tags or packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
